The Working Women’s Centre WA (WWCWA) offers free and confidential support to women and gender diverse folk, including legal assistance, welfare services, information and referrals for work-related issues such as:

  • Your rights at work like pay, leave, and safety
  • Unfair treatment or discrimination because of your gender, race, sexuality or disability
  • Sexual harassment or assault or unwanted sexual behaviour aimed at you

Our lawyers and social workers work together as a team to make sure you get the help you need – whether it’s legal advice, practical advice or someone to talk to about your situation.

The Working Women’s Centre WA is a collaboration between Women’s Legal Service WA WLSWA) and Circle Green Community Legal (Circle Green). To deliver services as the Working Women’s Centre WA, WLSWA and Circle Green will need to share information about your matter.
