In all family law matters, including those which are yet to progress to Family Court proceedings, parties are subject to legal ongoing obligations to disclose relevant documents.

To assist women comply with their ongoing disclosure obligations, Women’s Legal Service WA (WLSWA) has developed a template Disclosure List with instructions for how to complete the template and otherwise organise disclosure documents in family law matters.
