We are seeking a Client Services Officer whose position is the first point of contact for clients and other service providers contacting the WLSWA. Women contacting WLSWA are often distressed and many of our clients are victims of family and domestic violence or mental health consumers. As such, the successful applicant will have high level communications skills and the ability to assist clients in a non-judgmental and compassionate manner.

The Client Services Officer is required to provide comprehensive and effective legal referral information to women. This position also assists the Finance and Operations Manager with bookkeeping duties as required. It is essential the Client Services Officer works well within a small team and under minimal supervision.
